Our Name Has Changed!

The Shasta County Private Industry Council (PIC) has a new name: The Smart Business Resource Center.
The Smart Business Resource Center consolidates the operations of Shasta PIC, the SMART Community Employment Center and the Business Resource Center.
Executive Director Anna Brassart noted the Smart Business Resource Center brings a 25-year track record of quality services and a staff of 35 dedicated professionals to local workforce development efforts.
The Smart Business Resource Center, operating at 1201 Placer Street in Redding, offers comprehensive resources to job seekers and assists businesses with their human resource and hiring needs.
